Fully accredited cognitive behavioural psychotherapist. ‍Former CBT lead in NHS primary care mental health service. ‍12 years experience of working in mental health.

I am a Co-Director of the West Dorset Practice, a fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (MSc), an Internal Family Systems Therapist and an accredited EMDR Therapist. I am a member of the BABCP and registered with the EMDR Association UK. I am also a qualified and registered Social Worker, I have worked in mental health in a variety of settings since 2009.
